FAQs

What do you need from me?

All I need from you is raw photos or videos of your products, services, or behind-the-scenes moments. I'll handle the rest (strategy, content creation, copywriting, scheduling, and reporting) to bring your business to life on your chosen channels! And don't worry, I'll provide you with content capture ideas each month if needed.

What are the contractual agreements?

Success and results take time, therefore to give your new content and strategy the best chance to flourish, this service has a 6-month minimum contract. After that, you'll either have the choice to renew for another 6 months and lock in the price, or be placed onto a rolling month-to-month contract.

What will the final price be?

My Minimalist aesthetic packages start from £997, which include 20, 25, or 30 pieces of content and accompanying long-form captions with hashtags, providing a clean and classic look. For a more vibrant approach, my Playful or Maximalist packages (examples on The Regal Revamp page), will incur a higher monthly fee with pricing details available upon enquiry. These higher tiers offer bolder visuals and cater to larger content needs. Please do reach out with any questions!

Does this make you my social media manager?

While I'll craft an effective social media and content strategy and create engaging content for you, I won't be directly managing your account day-to-day. Think of me as your content partner! This allows you to maintain control over your social presence while leveraging my expertise for maximum impact.

Are you responsible for my results?

This is very much a team effort! Your role involves providing photo and video assets as needed, consistently showing up on Stories, and engaging with your audience through comments and DMs. I'll handle creating your strategy, scheduling engaging content and copy each month, tracking progress, and staying on top of what’s working and what needs adjustments. Together, with consistency and patience, we'll maximise your account’s potential!

How much experience do you have in this?

I have 8+ years of experience driving social media success for over 15 global brands, whether that be producing and implementing strategies, creating content, or managing accounts. I also have 5+ years' experience managing creative briefs for third party agencies. You can get to know me more on the About page!

Can I still post on my account?

Of course! Ultimately, you're in control of your social media account(s) and I'm an extension of you. You can absolutely post whenever and whatever you like, and I'd encourage you to show up regularly to engage with your audience for maximum impact.

What would our communication look like?

Outside of any scheduled Zoom calls, all communication will take place via email. This ensures a smooth workflow, allows us to easily revisit previous discussions, and gives you time to review materials at your own convenience. You can choose to receive your monthly feedback via a scheduled call, email, or decide each month based on your preference.

What about video?

Video is an important part of any content strategy, and while I don't offer on-site video shoots, I can edit existing video footage so that it is of a professional, platform-ready standard. Alternatively, I can create captivating B-roll videos using high-quality stock footage. If you have existing footage you would like me to use, I can transform it into engaging content with beautiful cover designs, and even add thumb-stopping animations if this is of preference.
