FAQs
I create your editable templates in Canva and send them to you via a secure Canva link. This allows you for easy editing and future customisation.
You only require the free version of Canva if you are requesting a Minimalist or Playful package, however kindly note that designs may be more limited. If you are requesting a Maximalist package, then Canva Pro will be required and you can get a free trial here: www.canva.com/pro. The order form will ask you to select your Canva version so that I can create templates that work seamlessly with your setup!
Once payment has been confirmed and all required assets received, the following delivery dates apply:
Minimalist packages: Up to 14 working days
Playful packages: Up to 21 working days
Maximalist packages: Up to 30 working days
These are rough timings to allow me to make your templates the best they can be, but I'll always aim to get them to you ASAP!
I have 8+ years of experience driving social media success for over 15 global brands, whether that be producing and implementing strategies, creating content, or managing accounts. Nope! I'll create your templates so that you can edit them as easily as possible. I'll even record a personalised Loom video for you, exemplifying how you can repurpose your content time and time again to maximise their usage.
